Patient Assistant Vacancy

We are looking for a calm, organised and friendly person to join our busy GP practice team for two full days on Monday and Tuesday (18.25 hours).

This is a varied role working with patients, doctors, and the wider healthcare team.  You’ll need excellent communication skills, good computer skills, and the ability to stay calm and accurate in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, professional, and patient-focused
• Organised with a great eye for detail
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Confident using computers and office systems
• Experienced in a busy office or customer facing role

NHS experience is helpful, but not essential – personality and attitude are just as important.

Starting salary: £12.71 per hour, increase applied following completion of training with additional uplifts at 2 and 5 years’ service.
