Friends and Family Test

From 1st December 2014 it is a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake the NHS Friends and Family test (FFT).  The first two questions have been set by NHS England. The purpose of the question is to give patients the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services. The test should take no more than a couple of minutes and we would be very grateful for your response.

Please note: If you need to raise an issue or provide feedback, please use our Compliments, Concerns and Comments form instead, as the Friends and Family Test is anonymous, so we're unable to follow-up. This allows us to look into any concerns about your consultation or care and provide a response.
